I work with PS CS3, and as you know, brushes created in cs cannot be read in version 7 or older.
So for all PS7 users: If you realy need any set not available for version 7, note me - I'll make for you an image pack and settings for dynamic sets so you can easy convert .png to brushes

Rules:

The main rule: use wherewer you want but DON'T hide the fact you used resourse/stock.

my materials are free, you DO NOT sell them or spread as yourself. If you see my resouses selling somewhere - please let me know and newer pay money for them!!!
If you are a stocker and want to use my brush as part of your stock - ask me first.
feel free to use materials in you works on DA. If you want to use them outside DA (esp commercial sites) please contact me first. But you may make a layout for your diary, avatar (I meen something for your personal use) before sending a note. I most likely won't mind.
feel free to use my materials in DA prints without permission, I do not ask you for anything like fee, only give me a link to your deviation
you can use my materials to make a gift for somebody even if you will not upload it anywhere online. No need to ask - just do it.
credit me in description of your work (by typing :icon

Question: Can I use your brushes on my blog designiconweb designetc?</b>
Yes as far as you use it for yourself. That means you can make a background image or logo for your blog; you can make an avatar for you or your friend for personal use. You can use them on your own web site.
You can not use brushes to make a design for sale. Well you can send me a note asking for that though.  

If you can't find brushes you need, or just have any ideas for new sets, please send me a note, I'll be very glad to help you and make something
