I know it's a stupid question but how do I transfer it to photoshop??? I a newbie so please don't be hard on me:(

You save the .abr file to your desktop (or wherever). If you have Windows, go to C:/Program Files>Adobe>Photoshop. And then under the Presets folder, there is a folder called Brushes. You put the .abr file in there and then restart Photoshop.
